The bondina.gr website is the online presence of the Aggeliki Bondina store under the brand name “Poltorak Olga” clothing store. The headquarters of the company is located in the city of Preveza.
Access and use of the Website (hereinafter bondina.gr), the products and services available through it (hereinafter “Services”) are subject to the following terms and conditions (hereinafter “Terms of Use”). The use of the Services implies the unconditional acceptance of the Terms of Use, as they apply each time. The company reserves the right to change the Terms of Use at its discretion and without prior notice. It is recommended that users check this page from time to time in order to be informed of any changes to the Terms of Use.

3. PRODUCTS SELLING
3.1 SALES AGREEMENT / PRODUCT ORDER
The information contained in the Terms of Use and the details contained in bondina.gr do not constitute a sales proposal but an invitation for information.
No contract shall be deemed to have been formed between us and you in respect of any products, unless your order is expressly accepted by us. If we do not accept your order and the money has already been taken from your account, then it will be refunded in full free of charge.
To place an order you will be asked to follow the purchase process and press the “COMPLETE” button. You will then receive an e-mail from us confirming receipt of your order (“Order Confirmation”). Receipt of the email confirms the completion of the order and its acceptance by us.
3.2 PRODUCTS AVAILABILITY
All product orders are subject to availability. In this light, in the event of supply difficulties or the products being out of stock, we reserve the right to inform you, either by telephone at the number you have indicated or by email, about similar products of equal or superior quality and value, which you can order. If you do not wish to order such similar products, we will refund any amount you may have paid in full free of charge.
3.3 PAYMENT OF PRODUCTS
The price of each product is the one set at all times on bondina.gr, except in cases of obvious error. We always take care to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate, however errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the corrected correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as canceled and refund you in full any amount you have paid.
We are not obliged to supply you with any product at the incorrect lower price (even if we have sent you the Order Confirmation), where the error in price is obvious and undisputed and can reasonably be recognized by you as an incorrect price.
The prices on our website include VAT but not shipping costs, in the event that you are charged for Shipping Costs.
Based on our company’s policy, the shipping costs for your purchases within the Greek territory above eighty euros (80€) are free for you, while for purchases below eighty euros (80€) you are charged the amount of five euros (5€) . Shipping costs for your purchases within and outside the European Union are borne solely by you and in their entirety. Prices may change at any time, however, subject to what is specifically stated immediately above, any changes will not affect orders for which an Order Confirmation has already been sent to you.
Once you have selected all the products you wish to buy, they will be added to your shopping cart and the next step is to proceed with the order and pay. To do this, you must follow the steps of the purchase process, completing or verifying the information requested at each step. Furthermore, during the purchase process, before payment, you can change the details of your order.
Payment can be made by cash on delivery (with an additional fee of €5 regardless of the order amount), by Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards and by direct deposit to the company’s bank account. For customers who will choose the deposit, it is enough to indicate the order number in the information of the deposit receipt. This order will be shipped when the total amount has cleared our account. For customers who choose cash on delivery as a method of payment, telephone communication will precede and the shipment of the order will take place after telephone confirmation.
At the moment you press the “Complete order” button, you confirm that your credit card is valid and has sufficient balance. Credit cards are subject to validity and approval checks by your card issuer. If your card issuer does not authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and will not be able to enter into a Contract with you.
4 ORDERS
4.1 ORDER REJECTION
We reserve the right to withdraw any product from bondina.gr at any time and/or to remove or edit any material or content on this website. Although we make every effort to process all orders placed with us, exceptional circumstances may arise where we may need to decline to process an order after we have already sent you the Order Confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time at our sole discretion.
We shall not be liable to you or any third party for the withdrawal of any products from this website, or for the removal or editing of any material or content on the website or for refusing to process or accept an order after we have sent you the Confirmation Order.
4.2 DELIVERY OR NON-DELIVERY OF THE ORDER
Subject to the above condition regarding product availability and subject to exceptional circumstances, we will use our best endeavors to complete your order for the product(s) listed on the Order Confirmation by the date delivery date specified in the Order Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, within the estimated time period shown when you choose a payment method, and in any event no later than 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. The delivery of the products is carried out through the courier that cooperates with us (General Post) and their shipping time in Greece is between one and three (1-3) working days from the next day of Order Confirmation. We do not make deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays. In any case, the courier is solely responsible for any delays.
If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will notify you and offer you the option of either continuing with the purchase by setting a new delivery date from us, or canceling the order with a full refund free of charge.
For the purposes of these Terms, “delivery” shall be deemed to have taken place or the order shall be deemed to have been delivered when you or a third party on your behalf, other than the carrier, has obtained physical possession or control of the products, the which will be evidenced by the signature of the proof of receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.
If it becomes impossible for the carrier to deliver your order, they will leave you a note explaining where your order is and what you will need to do to collect it and will also contact you by phone. If, after 10 days from when your order is available for delivery, that order has not yet been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will consider that you wish to cancel the Contract and the Contract will be deemed to have expired . As a result of the termination of the Contract, we will return to you free of charge any payment received from you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of the date on which the Contract has ended.
In case of loss of your order due to an error by the carrier, we will inform you about this and we will take care, if you still wish to complete the order, to replace and resend the same products to you, otherwise we will return to you free of charge any payment we received from you.
4 RETURNS POLICY
5.1 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You may withdraw from the Agreement within 14 calendar days. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party acting on your behalf, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession or control of the products. Necessary conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are:
The product must not have been used,
That no labels or markings (e.g. stickers, brand markings, etc.) on the products have been removed.
All items must be returned in the perfect condition received, undamaged, without any defects (subject to the return of a defective product), complete and in their packaging (for items received in special packaging), while they must also accompanied by all the necessary documents.
If the above conditions have been met, a fact which will be ascertained upon inspection upon receipt by us, our company will return the payment we have received from you interest-free without delay after deducting ten euros (€10) and in any case within 14 days from the day of receipt of the products to be returned to your card or bank account (depending on the way you paid during your order). In a different case where the product or products that you returned to us in whole or in part are used (worn, washed, etc.) and/or have been processed and/or do not have the tags and markings they had when you received them and/or were sent out of packaging and in any case poorly packaged so that they can easily be damaged/damaged during transport and/or do not carry the necessary documents (proof of purchase, return form) will not be accepted for obvious reasons and will be promptly sent back to you at your own expense .
In case of withdrawal, you will bear the shipping costs for this return which must be carried out exclusively with a courier company of your choice and obviously at your own risk.
5.2 RETURN AND/OR REPLACEMENT POLICY FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS - EXCHANGE OF GOODS
Our company, before sending you the products you have chosen, has checked them thoroughly and takes every possible measure so that all products (regardless of type) are specially and carefully packed in order to reach you without damage. In addition, the companies we work with are known for their high quality control standards. In very rare cases, however, there is a chance that one of these products has a defect.
When you receive the product / products please check them. In case you receive the product / products without expressing any specific reservation, it means that you have unconditionally received the product from our company. What you consider to be a defective product must be sent to us at our expense and only with the courier company we work with (General Post) after your consultation with us. The product must be in its original condition, unused and in general all conditions mentioned in 5.1 apply
6 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS / TRADEMARKS
